In high-latitude or high-altitude regions with large diurnal temperature variations, where ambient temperatures remain below 35°C for most of the year, the EC fans with intelligent speed optimization can automatically adjust airflow based on real-time environmental temperatures and coolant inlet/outlet temperatures.
EC fan based dry cooler operational modes:
Dry operation:
When ambient temperature is below 30°C, the dry cooler achieves heat exchange solely through EC fans.
Wet operation:
When ambient temperature exceeds 35°C, spray humidification or mist evaporation enhances heat dissipation capacity.
Active refrigeration assistance:
Activates compression refrigeration under extreme high-temperature conditions.
